Michael Dolhancey is the founder and owner of Abbey MacDonald Realty and has been actively involved in the real estate industry in the Metro Dallas area for the past ten years. Prior to this Michael was owner of Dolhancey Interiors of Dallas, and Allied Builders of Houston ,both construction & design firms working for Houston & Dallas' top builders, Perry Homes, Steve Roberts Custom Homes, Pierce Homes, Gage Homes to name a few. Michael comes from a background of construction and engineering and knows current and past home-building methods having done historical restorations on such structures as the Moody home in Galveston, and several other Victorian and vintage homes. Michael began his career in real estate at Henry S. Miller, becoming a top producer in his first year, several years later when Henry S. Miller was acquired by the Coldwell Banker franchise, NRT, of New Jersey, Michael left Coldwell Banker to join Keller Williams Dallas City Center. After a tenure of several years at Keller Williams Michael wanted to start a real estate company that was driven towards the consumer rather than in a profit mode, that company is Abbey MacDonald. Michaels ideology and Abbey MacDonald's are one in the same, to offer the fastest and best service for the price in our market area. |
